Individual Human Flourishing, Societal Impact

In October 2020, I published my socio-ecological model to focus on and support human flourishing throughout life. The model introduced readers to the interconnections of individuals, relationships, organizations, and society. As such, individual human flourishing interrelates with societal impact.

Each entity should focus on human flourishing as a goal, not only because it is inherently “good,” but because flourishing human beings contribute positively to one another, organizations, and society (see research base). What results is a regenerative system of living, rather than an extractive existence.

Here, I offer an updated model that includes public policy as a layer of society that can support human flourishing.
